Questions & answers
The most important questions and answers about the TOPCARD at a glance
General
The TOPCARD is a personal summer and winter season ticket for the mountain railroads in the three Swiss destinations of Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera and Arosa Lenzerheide. For the mountain railroads in the Jungfrau Ski Region, Engelberg-Titlis, Adelboden-Lenk and Aletsch Arena, the TOPCARD is also valid for three days during the winter season.
For new customers, the new card will be valid from the start of the 2025 summer season in the TOPCARD regions. Existing TOPCARD holders can continue to ski directly with the card. The validity of the days of choice in the Jungfrau Ski Region, Engelberg-Titlis, Adelboden-Lenk and Aletsch Arena regions is limited to the winter season and is valid from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 during the operating hours of the respective mountain railroad. The advance sale runs from February 1 to April 30, 2025.
All customers who do not have a valid season ticket for the current 2024/2025 season are considered new customers, even if they have already purchased a TOPCARD in previous years.
The TOPCARD is available at www.topcard.info and at the ticket offices of the Flims Laax Falera, Davos Klosters and Arosa Lenzerheide mountain railways. The mountain railways of the four regions of choice cannot issue a TOPCARD.
The TOPCARD 2025/26 is valid for the Davos Klosters, Flims Laax Falera and Arosa Lenzerheide mountain railroads. It is also valid for three selectable days each during the winter season for the Jungfrau Ski Region, Engelberg-Titlis incl. Brunni, Adelboden-Lenk and the Aletsch Arena. The three days per region are already programmed on the card and you can pass straight through the turnstile.
The voting days for the four ski areas Jungfrau Ski Region, Engelberg-Titlis inkl. Brunni, Adelboden-Lenk and Aletsch Arena are valid from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 during the operating hours of the respective mountain railroad. After that, the election days can no longer be redeemed.
Parents with their own children can buy the Family TOPCARD. This applies equally to single parents, married couples with children, registered partners with children and cohabiting couples with children. The decisive factor is the joint place of residence. A confirmation of residence from the municipality is required as proof for two or more children.
We recommend buying in the area where you ski most often or spend time in summer. This way you are better connected to the latest information and are looked after from where you spend the most time.
Payment
Payment is made directly when purchasing the TOPCARD 2025/26 at the cash desk or online.
If you order online, you can either pay by credit card or by prepayment (LAAX - webshop only). You will receive an invoice for prepayment. You will see your options for the respective ski area in the selection. Cash and card payments are accepted at the ticket offices.
The following currencies are accepted: CHF, EURO (at the seller's exchange rate, change in CHF) and Reka money (maximum 50% of the amount).
Buy your TOPCARD
When purchasing online, there is the option of shipping or collection (depending on the location of the order). You will see the selection per ski resort in the purchase process. Please note that it may take some time to process your order. You will receive your TOPCARD directly at the checkout.
Please have a valid photo ID and, for families with 2 or more children, a confirmation of residence ready at the time of purchase. You will also need a current photo of the person receiving the ticket.
For patchwork families, 2 children (regardless of which party) are included in the Family TOPCARD. If there are 3 or more children, they must have the same place of residence. With regard to other constellations, you are welcome to enquire with one of the mountain railways about the regulations, stating the exact family situation.
Age groups
The age at the time of payment is decisive for the purchase of the TOPCARD:
Children: 6th birthday up to and including 12 years of age
Teenagers: 13th birthday up to and including 17 years of age
Adults: from their 18th birthday
Please bring a valid ID with you at the time of purchase. There is no reduction for senior citizens.
Children up to their 6th birthday travel for free on the mountain lifts when accompanied by an adult or snow sports instructor (if they are taking lessons). This does not apply to the valley and practice ski lifts. To include children under the age of 6 in the family pass, please contact the relevant sales point by telephone.
With the TOPCARD, adult children (up to the age of 35) can be integrated into the family card for an additional charge (Family Plus). This is only possible at the time of purchase (contract conclusion). No additional children will be added to the Family Plus at a later date. In the case of patchwork families, the respective mountain railway will be happy to provide you with information on which constellations are accepted.

Sickness and accidents
In the event of an accident or illness, please contact the mountain railway where you purchased the TOPCARD. They will clarify whether you will receive a refund. A doctor's certificate is mandatory for entitlement to a refund.
The date of the accident or the start of the illness is relevant for the calculation of the refund. In the case of family subscriptions, the reduction on the purchase at individual prices is calculated first. The resulting discount is deducted before the refund is calculated. The following refund is then granted from this amount:
- 80% until the end of October
- 70% until the end of November
- 60% until the end of December
- 45 % until the end of January
- 30 % until the end of February

With the exception of the additional services listed, use of the lifts, pistes and trails at normal times of day (excluding morning and night events) is included. The respective operating days of the mountain railways apply. Use may be restricted due to weather conditions or technical problems. Furthermore, during special events (e.g. Mountain Bike World Cup in Lenzerheide or LAAX Open), use may be linked to the purchase of an event ticket or otherwise restricted.
